Raw Baby Food

Raw food is extremely beneficial in a baby's early years. Instead of the processed baby food sold in stores that are mass produced with no nutritional value why not make some of your own?

Its really quite easy here are a few simple recipes from Jingee at The Garden Diet

Some raw baby foods my kids loved....

- bananas and avocados mashed - quick and easy
- coconut water - has a flavor a lot like breast-milk
- blend up an avocado, a 1/2 pear, and a piece of romaine lettuce with a few tablespoons of water and voila - baby food!
