Green Smoothie-several leaves romaine,handful of alfalfa sprouts, 1/2 Tbsp spirulina 1 frozen banana and one fresh
5 bottles of water(Eco friendly bottles)
salad with mung bean and alfalfa sprouts, sliced avocado, green onions and fresh cherry tomatoes from my garden spiced with garlic.
two apples
two bananas
