Day 4

I'm up at 4;30 AM this morn, have a little time before I do yoga. Feeling light today which is good. Stomach is not as swollen as has been, not as gassy. Now its time for yoga!

Day went rather well. Kids were good. But its good to be home. Had a great smoothie this morning, my mouth is watering just thinking about it! I put a 1 cup of water with about a splash of rejuvelac, handful of spinach, 1 banana, and 3/4 cup of blueberries. Yum Yum!!

At lunch I had my usual salad with sliced bell peppers, shredded turnip and basil and strawberries for dessert.

This evening I had a plate full of sliced veges, corn on the cob, carrots, lettuce, radishes and celery. Everyday this week I have made it a point to be finished by 6pm and it has worked out well!
